Let down by the courier service, the order was in 3 boxes all delivered on separate days and damaged.
Drawerboxes have said they will replace immediately unfortunately probably with the same delivery company!

We wish to apologise for this unacceptable service from our courier. It is unusual to have 3 damaged boxes on one order. We have contacted them today to find out what went wrong.
In their defence, we have found that DPD provide the highest standard of service (compared to their competition) consistently measured over a 6 month period.
We are surprised at the merchandise rating of 3. Our products are of the highest standard, and over 95% of users give the merchandise 5 stars. Please let us know where we can improve in this case.

We were extremely pleased with the way this order was handled.
The packaging was very good, with not even a mark on the boxes, with the contents well arranged so there was nothing loose.
The delivery was well signalled ahead on the day and arrived at the appointed time.
We would certainly recommend Blum products and customer care.

P&P a tad expensive and not dispatched immediately but well packed and DPD delivered within their stated 1 hour window. The item is very high quality, much better than the original. Prior to purchase I made a couple of telephone enquiries and the lady I spoke to was most helpful. The instructions, in particular the videos, are absolutely brilliant! I would definitely recommend this company.

High quality product which is simple to fit. I left it a little last minute to order mine but customer services were really helpful and prioritised the order so it arrived in good time. Unfortunately, a couple of components were missing from the order so I've had to give a 3 for shipping but again, the customer services team were really helpful and got the missing parts out without delay. I would definitely buy this product and use this company again..

Although there was a small problem with my initial order drawerboxes.co.uk sorted it efficiently and effectively. I couldn't fault the after-sales service.The Drawers themselves are the easiest thing to fit following the printed instructions and the easy to follow videos make installing even easier.

From placing my order, the delivery was arranged quickly afterwards. Initially I did not receive an estimated date, then received the wrong customer’s order, but followed by a polite and helpful phone call from their customer team. When the order arrived, two items were damaged, but replacements were sent in less than 36 hours of requesting, which was fantastic. Finally the quality of the goods is fantastic, very easy to fit. Would order again.

The replacement drawer is solid and of good quality, the fittings made adjustment easy. The instructions and how to videos are very good and the website made it easy to order the correct size of drawer.

Having purchased the product on line I followed up with an email asking that the length of the drawers be made 500mm not 490mm to accommodate cutlery trays which I was about to buy from another supplier because they were unable to supply these trays.
The units have arrived cut 490mm consequently I will now have to shorten the trays.
Very pleased with the product but cannot recommend Drawerboxes.

As previously stated, we can supply all our drawers in any width at no extra charge, but we have NO LEEWAY WITH RUNNER LENGTHS WHICH ARE PRE MANUFACTURED BY BLUM.

Easy to use web site and ordering process. Delivered when expected; box slightly squashed because rather large but contents well protected. Pleaased with the product.
