This company has great products and customer service is excellent; unfortunately on my order there were parts missing and some incorrect parts which whilst not a deal-breaker was disappointing given the excellence of everything else.
These problems were resolved very quickly and the whole transaction was very professionally handled.
Not withstanding the small 'blip' I will certainly recommend the supplier and the products to anybody who appreciates quality products and service.

Excellent product, delivered one time. The online videos on how to fit the drawers was very helpful but I felt a need to drill pilot holes for the screws, which IMHO made the fitting all the easier.

Despite a hiccup in dispatch, was kept informed of the situation.

Ordered the internal deep tandem boxes to update shelved cupboards. I had already updated another cabinet with 3 shallow drawers. Order was shipped in good time and the drawers ar of a high quality and solid.

Made a mistake on the cabinet width and Drawerboxes rectified my error at quite a small cost.

Very pleased with the products. Online assembly videos are excellent. The lady I spoke to when contacting the company was very well informed and helpful. She even delayed the dispatch date so the delivery date matched my day off work. Drawers seem sturdy and well designed, and these were the lower cost ones.

Excellent product. Very well made and very good fitting instructions, written and video.
Having made a mistake with my dimensions the company got the replacement parts to me by the very next day - you cannot get better service than that. Maybe they are quite expensive but this product should survive for many a year.
