Product is great, however the build instructions are very vague.. not enough attention to detail..
took me a little while to understand them.

Delivered item exactly as stated both well packed and on time. Provided clear and comprehensive information when very minor query arose regarding change in design that was I had not expected but was fully explained and assurances provided. Very satisfied overall.

Item delivered quickly and as expected except that colour was cream rather than gray as per image on web page.

Thanks for the feedback. Please note the Metabox is off white (cream) and the Tandembox is light grey. We try to make this clear on the product pages, but it depends on the monitor and graphics card how it appears to the end user.

I found the measurements and explanations to be ambiguous and hard to follow but staff helped me out. Placing the order was straightforward with the only downside being the length of time to ship the product.
Fitting went smoothly, though again, the instructions were not 100% clear and I had to adapt on the fly. Thankfully I've done a fair bit of DIY so was able to work out what I needed.
End result is that the drawer works so well we forget and try to pull it out :).

Written instructions not too clear but the videos were very helpful. Very pleased with the quality a bit pricey but worth paying the extra.

We decided to try one drawer before going ahead and purchasing a number of drawers to enhance the kitchen. We really didn't need to do that because the videos and help info on the site are exceptional and the product itself is fantastic. I fitted my first drawer in about 30 minutes and am already measuring up other locations ready to place my next order.

I am sorry that you did not find the instructions helpful.it sounds like you got a bad copy if the images were grainy.
We usually get compliments on the written instructions and videos for their clarity.
