Really good product. Works well and fits well.
Personal notes: I would recommend measuring really well - I measured 2mm too narrow and needed to use card to bulk up behind the runners to make it fit.
The written assembly instructions it were not easy to follow, but the official videos on youtube helped me figure out what I needed to do.
Customer service was amazing - from answering all my questions before ordering up until helping me figure out how to make it fit after my incorrect meas.

Very good product, but that is from the manufacturers, however in this case backed up by great customer service form Drawerboxes. They kept me informed on progress, double checked some measurements that might have been wrong and delivered when promised. Best price I could find on the internet and I would definitely use again.

I assume perhaps due to lockdown etc it took a week before things started moving with out any indication of where we where or expected delivery dates, once started moving good.
Expected delivery dates would be good.

These drawer boxes are easy to assemble and install - all the right bits and pieces come with them. Instructions are logical and easy to follow.
This was our second order. We are about to order a third. Going step by step has worked well for us - we can see exactly the combintion of deep and shalloe drawers to suit our kitchen layour.

Wish I could give more stars for the performance from this company. Made to perfection with quality components and exact measurements. It works really well and is a really tough, robust, great looking drawer. The fixing together and install was made simple too with the great online video instructions ( even to a complete novice like me) The customer service was second to none with follow up emails at every stage, fantastic, thankyou drawerboxes. Will be using you again can't recommend enough.

Had to chase for deli every, order had been overlooked? Boxes damaged on arrival but contents were ok.
Still waiting for unfulfilled part of order to be delivered.

Excellent service. I had a question related to the hinges and had a number of calls and was sent a couple of hinges to try out foc before I placed the order. I wish other companies behaved like this.

Really Good Replacement Drawers for two that were way beyond repair. The Video instructions I highly recommend. Made it easy to fit them perfectly regardless of my lack of ability.

Purchased this drawer to replace an old kitchen drawer inherited with our house which constantly had me scrambling down the back with a cricked neck to find sieves & lids etc as had no tall sides and back. I wish I had replaced the drawer sooner! The new drawer glides smoothly and pulls out far. It is much superior quality & hold items perfectly. Installation wise it took us a while to put together but no hitches - the glass clicks in. The drawer can be adjusted for a perfect fit.

Thanks for the feedback. This is the first time we have had this comment re the drawer bottoms. We source good quality mfc board made by the top manufacturers like Egger and Kronospan. There is no way we know of improving on this.
