Very efficient and customer service was very good .The only annoying aspect was that I requested instructions to be sent by email .This did not happen and I had to use my builder to carry out the work of installing the items.

I have ordered 17 drawers for my new kitchen over several orders. I have found the staff to be very helpful, they have mixed sizes within packs, made slight adjustments to orders.
All but one order came without issue, had two very small pieces missing from one order, which were dispatched on next day service.
Everything has been extremely well packed, has arrived in pristine condition. Everything has been very easy to assemble, plenty of instructions and videos anyone could follow.

Prompt delivery and great customer service. They took time to ensure accurate measurements prior to making the drawer boxes. Better to be safe than sorry, I say.

Our kitchen is 35 years old. It has served us well but one of the drawers failed recently so we needed a replacement. The one you supplied is doing an excellent job and puts the remaining old ones to shame. If/when they fail I will definitely back to you for replacement(s).

I made a silly mistake with an order and when I rang up to rectify, David answered the phone very quickly and was able to explain where I had gone wrong. I spoke to him at 14:20 and the components that I needed arrived via DPD the next morning at 11:00! Superb service like this is becoming rarer these days and I feel that it should be celebrated. Well done and thank you.

Excellent drawer. Really well made and sturdy. feels like it will last for years. Had a bit of trouble fitting the front on, but that was down to my lack of experience.

Excellent quality product, video installation guides easy to follow and understand leaving nothing to question, fitted without any issues whatsoever. Perfect fit using the spacers provided

Superb from start to finish! From placing the order to the call I received checking some of the details to the quick delivery. The construction videos on their website were clear, easy to follow and all that was needed to build and install the drawers. The quality of the drawers is outstanding. The solid base makes for a much better drawer than in fitted kitchens I’ve had before. They all run smoothly and feel solid and secure. Very good quality. Thank you!

An excellent product which arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
When I received an email telling me that the plinth pod was ready I was able to call to request that delivery should be delayed until after our return from holiday which happened without any problem.
Would highly recommend this company.

Delivery was prompt and the drawer quality is excellent, I have bought a couple of different drawers before of the same type and this one is even better. I had to contact customer services for an error I had made with my order and it was sorted straight away, they were very good about it and great to speak to. I needed to leave a message for a call back which I got within half an hour.

The drawer arrived early which allowed me to build and use the new drawer quicker. The drawer was a quality item, far better than the original. Checks were made to ensure that my non standard sizes were correct.

This is my second order, they are fantastic on receiving they were made up and put in the same day so easy I put shallow one at the bottom of sink cupboard and great quality.
