High quality product which is simple to fit. I left it a little last minute to order mine but customer services were really helpful and prioritised the order so it arrived in good time. Unfortunately, a couple of components were missing from the order so I've had to give a 3 for shipping but again, the customer services team were really helpful and got the missing parts out without delay. Although there was a small problem with my initial order drawerboxes.co.uk sorted it efficiently and effectively. I couldn't fault the after-sales service.The Drawers themselves are the easiest thing to fit following the printed instructions and the easy to follow videos make installing even easier.

Every part of the process from order to delivery went as promised on the web site.

Phoned to check on delivery, was phoned back promptly with date. Received text with delivery time slot. Very efficient.

From placing my order, the delivery was arranged quickly afterwards. Initially I did not receive an estimated date, then received the wrong customer’s order, but followed by a polite and helpful phone call from their customer team. When the order arrived, two items were damaged, but replacements were sent in less than 36 hours of requesting, which was fantastic. Finally the quality of the goods is fantastic, very easy to fit. Would order again.

The delivery was very good. I received notification the previous day of expected date and time. The day after a message was received to say they would deliver within 5 mins. The van came down the road as I was reading the message. The product I have used before and expect it to be as good as previous. When I phoned to check on dlvy I was given precise details with no delays.

I have purchased several sets of internal tandembox drawer set from Drawerboxes before and always been very pleased with all aspects. This time I tried the made to measure external type and was no less pleased. They arrived promptly, everything was there and fitted exactly. The Blum product is excellent and Drawerboxes provide an excellent service. Everything to like.

An easy to use website, clear images of the Drawboxes allowed me to quickly place my order. I opted for written instructions as how to make them up and fit them.
My order was courier delivered with no fuss within 48 hours - quicker than I expected!
Easy to follow instructions, I found one slight issue in that instructions weren't clear as to how to fix the metal brackets to the drawbox and hence the draw front to them.
My wife is delighted with my handiwork and the drawers are as new!
