Shipping took 2 weeks from order for the price it should be next day.

Excellent product, delivered one time. The online videos on how to fit the drawers was very helpful but I felt a need to drill pilot holes for the screws, which IMHO made the fitting all the easier.

Despite a hiccup in dispatch, was kept informed of the situation.

Merchandise cannot be faulted and customer service met expectations.

Ordered the internal deep tandem boxes to update shelved cupboards. I had already updated another cabinet with 3 shallow drawers. Order was shipped in good time and the drawers ar of a high quality and solid.

Made a mistake on the cabinet width and Drawerboxes rectified my error at quite a small cost.

Customer service emails responded to promptly, politely and efficiently.

Very pleased with the products. Online assembly videos are excellent. The lady I spoke to when contacting the company was very well informed and helpful. She even delayed the dispatch date so the delivery date matched my day off work. Drawers seem sturdy and well designed, and these were the lower cost ones.

This is the second time I've used Drawerboxes and delighted with the service and product. Sarah was brilliant in keeping me posted on delivery which arrived on the promised day. The drawer boxes are for a friend who I shall be fitting for and I know she will be delighted. Thanks, Phil.

Excellent product. Very well made and very good fitting instructions, written and video.
Having made a mistake with my dimensions the company got the replacement parts to me by the very next day - you cannot get better service than that. Maybe they are quite expensive but this product should survive for many a year.

These are definitely the best quality drawers on the market! Extremely well constructed with strong, sturdy components. Drawers glide out with ease with efficient soft closing. Excellent customer service and delivery is very swift. Highly recommended!

Woeful instructions. Company ‘helpfully’ puts videos on YouTube but misses vital steps. For example the video / instructions do not tell you assemble the drawer back using the metal clips. I was ready to throw the lot in the bin before working it out.

Other than the rubbish instructions and videos the drawer is actually good quality.

Infuriating installation though because of the poor guidance.

The details that were required to give the original quotation were easy to understand. The system was also very easy to understand and the instructions easy to follow. The drawers were delivered so quickly they came before the replacement doors arrived. We are extremely pleased with the final result ,.
