Shipping wasn't immediate but this was explained on the website. When shipped delivery was next day. The draw parts were packed well and assembly was quite easy. Installing was also very straight forward the whole set of 3 went together and in in a couple of hours. Quality excellent, genuine blum, and the spacer supplied means they fit fine in a cupboard with hinged door. Very pleased.

Great product and service. I was able to speak with someone on a Sunday (I made a mistake in my order) and my order arrived in good time. Very well packed and shipped and REALLY easy to fit - even for a DIY novice like me. I would definitely recommend for service and product.

The lady I spoke to on the ‘phone was extremely helpful and answered all my questions about dimensions and fitting.
Ordering the Spacetower Blum Tandembox drawers was straightforward and they arrived within the expected time.
The kit was well packed and arrived undamaged. Given that the cartons had taken a beating in transit shows that Drawerboxes understand how to keep their stuff protected.
Assembly was easy - instructions and video tutorials were excellent.
Finished job is top not.

I wasn't sure about measurements so sent an email enquiry pre purchase. This was responded to quickly and personally, which was nice. Ordering was easy and delivery was trackable.
Was a bit scared when I saw the pieces for the drawers but using the on line how to video made them easy to construct. I love them and would highly recommend.

Packaging was very badly damaged, but damage to drawer pack could be hidden.
The drawer pack is of reasonable quality.

Other than the fact that it arrived approx 1 week late, which was of no consequence to me, everything was excellent.

Drawer boxes easy to assemble, but the cutlery tray supplied doesn't fit the drawer (too narrow), which is disappointing.

It does the job (which was for extra storage under a microwave). However, for the money, I was expecting something better made. It comes in kit form but the back of the drawer doesn't fit correctly and the filler to make it the right width is only sufficient to put the runners on so looks rather strange.

My email with a question was answered promptly. I was able to buy the drawers that I needed. The drawers arrived quickly and we fitted the them using the online instructions successfully. We did not receive a warranty card and had apply separately.

I cannot fault the excellent customer service that I received on this order.
Spoke to Sarah on the Monday having already placed my order online.
Wanted to know cost to have the drawers assembled. Price for both assembly and shipping the units on a pallet was very reasonable. Delivery by Friday of the same week was promised.
Goods arrived very well packed to ensure no damage.
Very impressed with the quaility of the units and how easy they were to install within the cabinets.

Fantastic service from drawerboxs.co and DPD, great comms.
The customer services are very helpful, I had made a mistake when completing a order online and only found out when the parcel arrived and was open for checking, I phoned customer service and told them the mistake, I was told not to worry and was asked what I wanted. I was ready to pay for the cost of new delivery and return charge but was told no charge just have parcel ready for pickup when replacement package arrived.

This is the second set of replacement drawers i have fitted to an existing kitchen carcass.The drawer sets are of good quality but i would like to make the following observations:
1 the squareness of some metal sides can create a small gap between the side and the drawer base
2 When fitting the bottom drawer the position of the runner needs to be 110mm from the bottom of the carcass otherwise the drawer will not fit in the runners. in both installations this has been the case.
