Excellent service from Drawerboxes. They contacted me to double check the measurements I had provided which was really helpful as I was a couple of millimeters out. Checking this prior to manufacture has resulted in drawers that fit perfectly. Very well packaged, although a lot of cardboard for recycling there was no plastic used.
The drawers themselves are very sturdy and the soft close is a very smooth action. Definitely worth installing to maximize usable cupboard space.

A superb product and a great company to deal with. I needed two drawers to help reconfigure a kitchen cabinet, and all my questions were answered, and the product arrived well packaged using DPD parcels, and all the bits look well made, with very clear instructions. It took me a day to fit (I'm not very DIY) and I am really pleased with the results.

Ordered in June, arrived within 2 weeks. Love the draws, good and sturdy.

Personal notes: I would recommend measuring really well - I measured 2mm too narrow and needed to use card to bulk up behind the runners to make it fit.

The written assembly instructions it were not easy to follow, but the official videos on youtube helped me figure out what I needed to do.

Customer service was amazing - from answering all my questions before ordering up until helping me figure out how to make it fit after my incorrect meas.
