Really pleased I found these folks!! Our drawer was an odd size, so as well as being able to supply the perfect drawer to fit, I also got a message double checking that we had the right size! Instruction video was spot on too. Would highly recommend.

After an initial delivery problem, the second drawer arrived within 24 hours. I was dealt with very courteously on the phone. The kit was very robust and the instructions were comprehensive, if a little difficult to follow. For instance the metal end pieces that fix to the sides of the drawer do not get mentioned when it is time to fix them to the sides. It is assumed that you have done this already. I also watched the videos on the internet and found them helpful.

Pleasingly well designed replacement drawers that are an improvement on the less substantial kitchen drawers that couldn’t cope with the heavy use of a busy kitchen. The Drawerboxes.co.uk website is easy to use to find out exactly what size replacement drawers are needed. Customer Service was exemplary by phone and email - a slight problem with one of the drawers was rectified politely without hesitation. I would certainly recommend this supplier and these products.

First class, professional service with very helpful and knowledgeable staff. The draw unit is of excellent quality and much stronger than the original one it replaces which dates back to 1984 (also Blum).

Very pleased with the product. One small thing to point out:
The printed instructions omitted the step explaining how the fixing brackets for the drawer front are fitted onto the drawer box. All was clear on the online video however, so no worries.

No problems with delivery though because these are bespoke items I had to wait almost 2 weeks for them to be made.
