Great to find a good quality replacement drawer. Reasonably priced.
Took a little longer than expected, but not too much.
Only seemed to ship when I enquired where it was. No reply to the enquiry, just out for shipment note.

Excellent. Unfortunate delay because of my response to a query being filtered as spam but otherwise, customer service was first rate and the drawers were exactly what I needed.

Long lead in period following initial order. Was advised that given social distancing rules it was taking longer than expected to process orders which is quite acceptable. Following receipt of the delivery date the goods arrived promptly.
The merchandise is perfect as a retro fit solution and has improved the ergonomics of our kitchen layout.
My only observation is that I had to remove the soft close device on the door hinges as it clashed with the draw box.

A perfect fit, and a bit shallower than stated so I didnt need to move anything.
Shipping was a bit slow, and was still showing 'in production' on the trackin on the day it arrived. But... it did arrive and it was perfect so I would definitley order again.

Good quality and even a useless DIYer like me managed to get it all installed. A perfect fit. Only one star missing because I didn't get any tracking from DPD. Maybe not your fault.

Arrived slightly later than expected. All items well packed nothing missing and no damage. Written instructions easy to follow and videos very helpful. All installed and job complete. Used them to replace pull out wire basket unit. Drawers much stronger and no I'll affect on cupboard doors.

First the positives:
The standard of build of the drawer boxes was excellent.
Everything fitted perfectly.
The final construction is of a very high standard and totally in line with the offering on the web site.

Now the negatives:
The build is not for the faint hearted. It is really quite complex
I had asked for hard copy instructions. These did not arrive in the box. The web site did not permit downloading of useable hard copy.
The web site videos were difficult to sort out - see.

Parts were well made and fitted together well to make a strong drawer. A little wait but these are cut to exact size to ensure good fit.

Really good company to deal with, had a few sets of draw from them now which came in perfect condition and nicely wrapped. Had a pair of clips missing of last order which after a quick email they instantly sent to me no problem. Highly recommended.

Only negative comment would be relating to contact and obtaining confirmation of delivery. But I'm sure in normal circumstances these issues wouldn't have been a problem..
