Really nice gliding system, much better than the original one I replaced, which had fallen apart. Better materials and design. Can take a long time to assemble only because you want to measure it a gazillions times to ensure precision. But can be adjusted afterwards anyway.

Good quality drawer. Good clear instructions, better than other manufacturer I used instructions. Would have liked to have found Drawerboxes ltd earlier.

Only one problem in that I had to ring to find out where my order was as the web site said it would be 8 days and it wasn’t updated to reflect the delay. Sharon in the office was really helpful (thank you). Product was just what we ordered and the written instructions were easy to understand. Will definitely use Drawerbox again and recommend to others.

Everything was just fine. Lead time was about ten days (hence 4 stars) but they make to order so not bad for a bespoke product. For Customer Service, I would give six stars if I could: I asked for printed instructions to be included which did not happen, but when I called to ask for them, they were in my Inbox in 15 minutes.
