The customer service was Excellent by Sharon, due to carrier issues we had a number of panels damaged in one box.

I contacted Sharon and replacement parts were dispatched with in 24 hrs. All replacement panels arrived on time and in perfect condition.

Quality of the Drawer components is excellent.

This shipment of 10xlarge inner drawers was handled superbly. The drawers were precise, the shipment very swift, and the care shown by Paul was outstanding. Thankyou.

Initial response said would go to manufacturing in 10 working days and that I would be updated. I chased after three weeks and the next day the update was to Shipped. They duly arrived and are now put together and installed.

Service was good. Lead time extended but understandable in the circumstances.

Excellent product. Works perfectly. Care must be taken over getting dimensions right, and in particular drilling hole for glass sides to correct depth. Good idea to read instructions and watch the video together.

Website easy to navigate. Product quality first class and the company kept to the order/manufacturing timetable. My only recommendation is to include the instuctions with the product or link to a pdf file. Video instrcutions are good but the written instructions better and more practical.

I all the parts were so cleverly packed in the boxes that I initially thought some were missing. I contacted customer service and they helped out very quickly.

I had problems getting the screws in straight/flat enough, so drawers run smoothly. Partly due to my DIY skills and working in a confined space.

TIP: Use duct tape to secure runners while attaching them inside the carcass. Break the surface of the melamine with a hammer/larger screw; makes it easier to get screws in. They are quite small & prone to slipping; which can prevent them going in straight.

Delivery took about 2 weeks, but given the pandemic circumstances, this was understandable. From despatch in Berwick to delivery in Cornwall was 2 days - very good. And the specially sized drawers were a perfect fit.

Quality product. Took longer to arrive than indicated but that was understandable in times such as this.
