Extremely good quality and well packed. Only advice would be over packaging as lots of cardboard used in packaging but definitely protected merchandise.

Parcels received in timescale quoted and were packed absolutely beautifully - i mean a work of art! Every item was wrapped and well protected, and then put in boxes in a style that made a perfect Tetris screen look amateur!
Fabulous quality product, sized to exactly our bespoke requirements, and fitted simply. The soft close is just superb.

Brilliant product, added to an existing set of boxes in a larder. Pretty quick too, shorter than the expected time, which is excellent in a pandemic.

No complaints really. It took longer for the order to be fulfilled than I was expecting, but I wasn’t in a hurry. (Probably Covid related).
I had ordered Blum items from Drawerboxes before, so was aware that the drawers are good quality. I have assembled the drawers, and the quality is good.

Very well made and the instruction videos made the whole fitting process pretty straight forward. There are cheaper options but you pay for what you get! Would highly recommend.

Excellent company with first class product. Very friendly and helpful. Had a problem with drawer width due to misunderstanding about dimensions, but they supplied replacement parts without any quibble and by next day delivery.

I'm really pleased with the drawers that I ordered from Drawerboxes. They were easy to measure up and arrived within a few weeks. My husband was able to fit them although it was a bit of a fiddly job and not quite as easy as the videos made it look! An electric screwdriver was a must. The drawers feel like excellent quality and a very messy kitchen cupboard is now neat and tidy.
I rated customer service a 4 as I texted photos with questions (as suggested on the website) but got no reply.

A pleasure to deal with, our order arrived relatively quickly despite the covid pandemic and the drawers were very easy to assemble and install. All the screws etc were included and they function so well, much better than our old drawers. I would have no hesitation in recommending drawerboxes to other people.

Very good, shipping was a little long but arrive in the allotted time given. Drawer delivered with draw back brackets missing but when I contacted them they was very helpful and I received the brackets the next day. Overall a very good service, I am very pleased. Thanks Drawboxes.

Good service - drawers cut perfectly to size and as described. Printed instructions could be clearer but the videos on the website are very good. Slight delay in production / delivery but nothing major.

Delivery took a little longer than the stated 10-12 working days, but that is no great surprise in the current situation. When I e-mailed to see if a delivery date was known they were able to update me and the items did arrive by the new date.

My only observation was the wait for the goods, which I was clearly advised of, but we were in a breakdown situation, and even going near the broken drawer, the invalid of an notion for efficiency had one on tenterhooks.
