Only concern I had is lack of information when the delivery will be made. From my memory, the website says within 10 days from ordering. My previous purchase from you was delivered very quickly - around three days after ordering. But the second one took the whole 10 days. Since I occasionally travel it made difficult to plan when to order to be sure that I would be at home when the delivery is made. Also it was not clear what the process would be if the delivery was made while I was not at home.

I was very pleased when our grandson was able to fit in the drawer perfectly inside our cupboard in the kitchen. I was able to put our kitchen utensils with more spece. Thank you all for going me some advices before I placed an order. Valerie.

Well made, easy to assemble and work perfectly. There was one small part missing which customer services put in the post and was delivered the next day. Overall - can fault the product or the service.

Great service , moved into new home to find the front panel of the current drawers broken to eventually fall off within a few months. Was not optimistic before hand of ordering a replacement drawer that would manage to fit in the specific dimensions we have but pleasantly surprised once installed that it fit perfectly and looks brand new , fitting in with rest of the kitchen.
