Fantastic product and a great way to update a tired old kitchen.

With the help of a friend, we managed to put the hidden drawer together and into my drawers kitchen unit. There was a little infusion over the padding part of the instructions as I didn't need nor order the padding. So maybe a separate sheet of instructions should go out to those that don't need it. Otherwise, it is very successfully being used now.

Really impressed with the service & product, would highly recommend.
We had 3 unusual sized cabinets that were very old and made of solid wood and were hard to open and close. Due to the unusual sizing I was contacted by the team asking me to double check before they went into production. After confirming the same day, they were in production and sent out to us in the post next day. Easy to put together and install, they have made a huge difference to our kitchen. Thank you!

Needed an extra wide drawer for our kitchen to hold mugs of different sizes. All looked a bit complicated on opening but if you follow the instructions (I’m a man after all ..!) it was really very easy.
Result = an easy glide in and out 80 cm drawer that holds 50+ mugs.

Really good service. They contacted me promptly to clarify measurements, because my size was 2mm smaller than standard. All clarified, and the drawers fit perfectly as a result. Delivered as promised, with good updates in between.

We purchased this drawer as an addition to a very successful previous order. We are extremely pleased with our purchase.
We have given a low score for shipping as DHL did not deliver on the stated day but after numerous calls and tracking it turned up out of the blue.
The parcel was beautifully wrapped and labelled well.

Bought six drawer packs to replace a customers failing soft close runners,Unfortunately three of drawer bottoms were damaged in transit, had to recut the existing bottoms and reuse (luckily they were oversize), maybe would be better with some plastic corner protection, otherwise a quality item.

Good quality, bespoke replacement drawer. Was impressed they queried my measurements because they were non-standard. My only complaint is that I'd asked for no paper instructions but couldn't find the right instructions online. I'm sure they'd have helped if I'd contacted them but it was the weekend and we were keen to get it finished. We worked it out in the end. The only other drawback was for some reason they don't sell the fronts for the drawers, and it was hard to find one elsewhere.
