I would have no hesitation in buying from Drawerboxes again, the drawers are as described and work very well and the packing and delivery was excellent.

Blum drawers were delivered securely wrapped with all screws etc needed for installation .i have ordered more to finish off my project ,although i was informed about the delivery time i think you should be updated by text or email as to their progress, as nearly two weeks from ordering seemed to long without any contact otherwise all was good .

Easy to use website. Delivered within the time period advised at the time of ordering. Drawer boxes accurate to the mm. Easy to follow fitting instructions.

Came in the time as stated so a couple of weeks after ordered, as expected. The size was double checked. The item was well packaged.

The staff were very helpful when I contacted them to help me measuring. The drawers are perfect. I did need help to insert them as it was not quite as easy as it looked. Really happy and would order more in the future.

The only thing was that the email to get me to confirm the dimensions was lost in the advertising so didnt notice it for a week or so but they patiently waited for my response lol. Thank you.

Drawers are wonderful, delivery was very quick and customer service was brilliant when we realised something was missing - it arrived next day!

We were contacted to double check measurements given which I think gave a small delay to shipping but they did this to make sure product was going to be suitable as not standard so excellent customer service.

Ended up following tutorials for assembly on YouTube which were very easy to follow and all in all a simple process. Have already been recommending this to family and friends and showing them inside the cupboards and plan to buy more for other cupboards. Great product of great quality.

Really pleased with product and service. Website info made it super easy to take measurements ensuring correct size ordered. Good delivery time info. Everything very well packed in recyclable packing. Just a little surprised that I had to assemble the parts to form the drawer. Had thought I'd just need to attach existing drawer front. However assembly was very straight forward. Although runners provided for cupboard sides, they weren't needed as new drawer runners ran in old fittings perfectly.

The whole service has been excellent and the product is superb. Perfectly sized and very solid and robust construction. Drawers glide in and out with a light touch despite the weight of pans and crockery. This is our second order and we will deal with the company again. Our kitchen has been modernised for pull out access without all the chaos of totally replacing the kitchen.
