Paul from DrawerBoxes worked with me to get the correct width for Blum Tandembox kitchen drawers as the larder unit they were going to go into had different widths! Ordered and when they arrived, the packing strips were missing :-(. I called and they were apologetic and expressed them to me the following day. Now installed without any issues and very pleased with the result.

The craftsmanship of these products is excellent. They are extremely straightforward to assemble using the clear instructions and give a very professional looking finish to a DIY project.

This is only the second drawer I have purchased, and they have not disappointed with regards functionality and quality of finish.

Excellent service! The ordering process was easy and straightforward and the drawer arrived very well packaged with all parts and instructions.

Nothing to fault in the service or the drawer. However of course in the real world my units had metal fasteners which fixed the carcasses to the wall. These were in the way of the runners and a bit of carpentry was required to the packers.Also the 5mm gap was too small for the hinges to close so the runners were refitted 10mm from the front.2 hours to fit one drawer! But all is good now.
