Only 1* for shipping as my parcel arrived damaged but I guess that's down to DPD rather than DrawerBoxes. Once I discovered the damaged item, DrawerBoxes responded quickly with replacement item, no hassle. Lead time was a full 10 days - they must be busy.
Boxes fitted my cabinet well, work smoothly; slightly tricky to assemble.

Delivery company failed to honour the delivery instructions that were given to them at their request. Drawerboxes themselves were excellent as a company to deal with. Drawers are fitted and working and we are very pleased with them.

Superb packing. Drawer boxes are vwry solid and well made. Would love it if the raw edges were taped. The drawers seem a lit of money, but when they arrive its easy to see why. Such a great idea,m well executed. Thank you.

I bought two styles of drawer to fit into non-standard sized units. I was nervous about the process but the instructions on the website for measuring were very clear, and the installation videos gave me confidence. The drawer packs arrived promptly, were very well packed and of excellent quality. The installation instructions were precise and very easy to follow and they have now been installed. They're just what I need and they look great.

Just fitted a set of five drawer boxes to a tall larder unit. Absolutely perfect. Really well designed. Went together precisely and fit my tall larder unit exactly. As well as the fit and finish, the boxes were delivered in plastic free and very sturdy packaging and via a reputable courier. One question I had was answered straight away And by a human! Altogether faultless purchase.

The whole process of ordering and receiving product was good - fast enough (it was custom made), product is excellent, customer service great - I asked a question before ordering and got a good answer, and after ordering they checked back with the size I'd provided because it was an odd size (being for a custom built unit). This company is simply outstanding! The product itself is fabulous, so easy to put together… less than an hour to build 7drawer boxes.This was my second order, the first being around 5-6 years ago, I can definitely say they are designed and built to last! Customer service is absolutely excellent as well! My order was delivered in full, no damages/nothing missing. It was also delivered ahead of the scheduled date. I cannot fault the product, the staff or the service I’ve received. Just brilliant!
