Fantastic service from drawerboxes.co.uk - website is helpful and easy to use. Love the "How to" videos. I needed to clarify something at the start and to call enquiring about my order later on. Both times the service was really friendly and helpful.
I wish there was a video on installing the Legrabox as I did find the written instruction a little difficult to follow particularly with the hinge side packers (in fact I'm not 100% sure I have got it right now - but the draws are working ok!).

Thanks for a great review. We are updating all our installation videos to include Legrabox before the end of the year.

Excellent service, and first class instructions! The order took a couple of weeks to fulfill, but was made to order, so that's fine.

My wife wanted these but I was a bit sceptical, but now they are installed I think they are superb as extra storage in an otherwise wasted space.
It is important that you measure correctly, and double check, and check the depth.
If I had then I would have seen that the pipework under the sink unit along with hoses from the washing machine and dishwasher would reduce the available space; unfortunately I’m now left with an item I cannot use, and as they are tailor made can’t return.

Philip B. le 24/10/2026 à 20h16

Thanks for the review. Please get in touch. If you send the pod back we will reduce it in depth at no extra cost, and will only charge delivery and packaging. We are always happy to correct any measuring errors at cost price or less depending on circumstances.

The plastic spacers are awkward to fit, A solid wood spacer would have been easier.

The drawer is well made and strong, but it took 3 hours to put together and attaching the drawer front was difficult as the screw holes are so close to the side that it was hard to screw the screw in straight as screwdriver got in the way, but even though the screws went in a bit askew the drawer still opens and closes fine. The video was very helpful and I would recommend them as good quality and we will likely replace the other drawers soon also.

I have used this company twice now, and am very impressed with both the product and the speed of shipping. What was also excellent was the way the company communicated with me throughout.
As to the drawers they were easy to assemble and fit. All in all very satisfied.

The drawers are beautiful, high quality and have transformed our cupboard. I am so glad we bought them and wish we'd done it years ago.

Worth saying that the assembly instructions weren't as clear as a slow-witted person like myself would have liked and I found myself straining to understand them for a long while before getting it done.

I've bought from Drawerboxes UK a number of times and always have had good service and a good product. My drawers have often been bespoke sizes. Although I could have cut these to size myself it is so much easier for me to have them to calculate the dimensions and cut to the sizes actually needed.

Only 1* for shipping as my parcel arrived damaged but I guess that's down to DPD rather than DrawerBoxes. Once I discovered the damaged item, DrawerBoxes responded quickly with replacement item, no hassle. Lead time was a full 10 days - they must be busy.
Boxes fitted my cabinet well, work smoothly; slightly tricky to assemble.

Delivery company failed to honour the delivery instructions that were given to them at their request. Drawerboxes themselves were excellent as a company to deal with. Drawers are fitted and working and we are very pleased with them.

Bought to enhance a new kitchen, This works a treat and utilises a space beneath the hob unit.

Superb packing. Drawer boxes are vwry solid and well made. Would love it if the raw edges were taped. The drawers seem a lit of money, but when they arrive its easy to see why. Such a great idea,m well executed. Thank you.

Great service, extremely well packed, however no assembly instructions but when you’ve just fitted a complete kitchen putting a few drawers together was child’s play!

I bought two styles of drawer to fit into non-standard sized units. I was nervous about the process but the instructions on the website for measuring were very clear, and the installation videos gave me confidence. The drawer packs arrived promptly, were very well packed and of excellent quality. The installation instructions were precise and very easy to follow and they have now been installed. They're just what I need and they look great.

Fantastic service from Drawerboxes. I enquired about my manufacturing and delivery dates which were answered fully. Manufactured and delivered in the expected and promised time frame. Well done Drawerboxes, I would highly recommend.

Fantastic advice, service and personal delivery.

The drawers were extremely well packaged with the use of cardboard and minimal plastic. The company phoned to advise me on an issue I had with the order which was extremely helpful.

Would strongly recommend!
