Fantastic service from drawerboxes.co.uk - website is helpful and easy to use. Love the "How to" videos. I needed to clarify something at the start and to call enquiring about my order later on. Both times the service was really friendly and helpful.
I wish there was a video on installing the Legrabox as I did find the written instruction a little difficult to follow particularly with the hinge side packers (in fact I'm not 100% sure I have got it right now - but the draws are working ok!).

Thanks for a great review. We are updating all our installation videos to include Legrabox before the end of the year.

Excellent service, and first class instructions! The order took a couple of weeks to fulfill, but was made to order, so that's fine.

The drawer is well made and strong, but it took 3 hours to put together and attaching the drawer front was difficult as the screw holes are so close to the side that it was hard to screw the screw in straight as screwdriver got in the way, but even though the screws went in a bit askew the drawer still opens and closes fine. The video was very helpful and I would recommend them as good quality and we will likely replace the other drawers soon also.

I have used this company twice now, and am very impressed with both the product and the speed of shipping. What was also excellent was the way the company communicated with me throughout.
As to the drawers they were easy to assemble and fit. All in all very satisfied.

The drawers are beautiful, high quality and have transformed our cupboard. I am so glad we bought them and wish we'd done it years ago.

Worth saying that the assembly instructions weren't as clear as a slow-witted person like myself would have liked and I found myself straining to understand them for a long while before getting it done.

I bought two styles of drawer to fit into non-standard sized units. I was nervous about the process but the instructions on the website for measuring were very clear, and the installation videos gave me confidence. The drawer packs arrived promptly, were very well packed and of excellent quality. The installation instructions were precise and very easy to follow and they have now been installed. They're just what I need and they look great.

Fantastic advice, service and personal delivery.

The drawers were extremely well packaged with the use of cardboard and minimal plastic. The company phoned to advise me on an issue I had with the order which was extremely helpful.

Would strongly recommend!

Just fitted a set of five drawer boxes to a tall larder unit. Absolutely perfect. Really well designed. Went together precisely and fit my tall larder unit exactly. As well as the fit and finish, the boxes were delivered in plastic free and very sturdy packaging and via a reputable courier. One question I had was answered straight away And by a human! Altogether faultless purchase.

This company is simply outstanding! The product itself is fabulous, so easy to put together… less than an hour to build 7drawer boxes. This was my second order, the first being around 5-6 years ago, I can definitely say they are designed and built to last! Customer service is absolutely excellent as well! My order was delivered in full, no damages/nothing missing. It was also delivered ahead of the scheduled date. I cannot fault the product, the staff or the service I’ve received. Just brilliant!

Tracey G. le 2/6/2026 à 16h10

Thank you so much for this fantastic review. It genuinely means a lot to us, especially as this was your second order after 5–6 years.

It is brilliant to hear that your first drawers have stood the test of time and that the new ones were just as easy to build. Seven drawer boxes in under an hour is impressive!

We’re also delighted that everything arrived early, complete, and undamaged. The guys are clearly doing something right, and feedback like this gives the whole team a real boost.

Thanks again for coming back to us and for taking the time to leave such kind words.
Drawerboxes team.
