Great communication, quick delivery, product exactly as described. The instructions were easy to follow and the quality of the drawers are great.

Product quality is excellent but a few niggles. 1. Difficult to decipher which part went with which size ordered as no clear labelling and some parts of different sizes were bundled together. 2. Lowest unit drags on bottom of cabinet. Needs 5mm of clearance, rather than following advice to install flush to base. 3. the edging on the chipboard was not applied on unseen edges. 4. Boards should be pre-drilled as slightly misaligned screws pulls drawers apart, worsened by countersunk screws.

The bottom drawer will certainly work with the runners directly on the base. We have assembled this way many hundreds of times. Please ensure there are no screws or debris under the runner.
Correct; - only visible exposed edges are edged. This is standard practice industry wide.
When inserting individual screws it is advisable to start in the dead centre (OR TO THE INSIDE) which will pull the join tighter rather than apart. We do show in video and written instructions the shortcut of starting each hole slightly with a screw.

Installation was fairly easy just a a bit of confusion feeding the drawer onto the guides. This was different to the others in my drawer carcass. Works very well and smooth operation.

Superb service from enquiry to delivery. Sharon responded almost instantly to my email enquiry and then replied quickly to further questions with helpful replies.
Adding drawers to our kitchen was a late addition and in order to have these installed we needed delivery within 2 days of placing our order. Sharon said that should be possible and prioritised my order through production and sure enough 2 days later the drawers arrived with all parts required.

Good, solid drawer solution. You can fairly easily work out how to assemble them but whoever put together the guide, maybe do it again with all the steps included.

Excellent product. The parts came incredibly well packaged, so there was no danger of damage.
The instructions - both the printed version and the videos were excellent.
The drawer itself is very good and should outlast the rest of the unit. The quality of the fixing plates is far better than the original ones, that snapped off. Hence the requirement for a replacement drawer.
I would have no qualms getting another product if and when I have to replace another drawer.

Excellent all round. Great product and was very impressed with the customer service as I entered non-standard sizes for drawers as have a custom sized cupboard I wanted their drawers for. These were double checked by the team at Drawerboxes before they started manufacturing to ensure I hadn't made a mistake.

Delivery time was quite lengthy at over a week but that was indicated before I ordered so no problem.
Draw components were very well packaged and sensibly divided into 3 parcels, all delivered at the same time. No damage at all.
Communication regarding the stages of processing / delivery were well communicated.
Printed instructions were horrifically low resolution to the extend they were a hinderance rather than a help.

Once I had sorted out correct sizing, helped by the team, everything was very straightforward.
Hardest bits were making suitable carcass within a bigger discontinued Habitat kitchen unit to mount the drawers.
Fitting drawers once had a square frame was no problem, an old unit nicely repurposed, in a very cost effective way.

Great service and a great product, well packaged and prompt. We have a small kitchen and after a rearrangement to fit a dishwasher we needed extra drawers. Found the Drawerboxes web site and problem solved.

Great product, well packaged and delivered in time.
Unfortunately the instructions for fitting the runners were incorrect, as the packing strips have been replaced with packing blocks, 4 per side.
Besides being confusing, this makes fitting a little fiddly.

Hi,
I’m really pleased with my new drawers. The only thing that could be improved is to supply a couple of L brackets to secure the back upstand to the base.Smaller width drawers would be fine without,but I had 1000mm drawers and definitely needed support.
