Paid to get item on a Saturday it didn't come, so didn't get it till Tuesday so lost two days work all because some one forgot to post it, so I'm three days down and two days wages wish I hadn't bothered with the company

The Heat Exchanger is a difficult shape to package so a few of the fins were slightly bent due, I think, to the item moving around within the packaging. The fins were easily straightened. The Heat Exchanger is robust and supplied with a new temperature sensor which I wasn't expecting but was very helpful. The exchanger came with new washers for the water connections and it fitted perfectly. The boiler is now leak free and working well. Very please with the Exchanger and the price.
