I have yet to receive this item which was ordered on 16th January. I have sent messages and received neither acknowledgment nor reply. I also asked for printed instructions for fitting a shower bought at the same time . I have also tried to contact the supplier several times by phone , but without success . I am very frustrated by this .

On inspection the item had a broken elbow joint, requiring an engineer from Atlantis to visit to replace.
Then on installation the regeneration was faulty and the whole unit had to be replaced.

Took ages, had to call 3 x to get a logical response, and then 1 of the 2 items which arrived was incorrect, price was good though in fairness.

Website easy to navigate, highly competitive pricing on strong range of quality products and smooth, fast delivery service.

Our boiler went down over the Christmas period and I thought that would be it, until well into the New Year. Not with this firm. The part came very quickly and, after I fitted it, we had a warm New Years Celebration. Thank you Guys!
