Custumer service is the best and they always follow through on any concerns or issues. DHL lost my package once and Turner Engineering straighten it out and had replacements parts in the mail and at my door within a week...and l'm state side. Tuner Engineering genuinely has some of the best customer service I've ever experienced. The item I bought was shipped extremely fast and arrived in Australia from the UK within 4 days (not just business days!). The 300Tdi AMC cylinder head was exactly as expected and the price I paid, very reasonable. I would strongly recommended Turner!
