The items listed below were all received in good condition.
I want to recommend that the review should not be on some but on all of the items of the order to avoid confusion on what was shipped for in those cases where the delivery address is not the final destination of the items.

We do not ship FOC as our priority is reliable fully traceble delivery - this has a cost. DHL are a high end courier and about the best as far as percentage delivered on time, correct address etc. on a global basis.
Your order was placed 14.28pm and delivered the following morning 11.20am
Our experience over many years is that customers do not appreciate the likes of Royal Mail losing packages with a 6 week delay before a claim can even be submitted, or other couriers that dump product on a doorstep in bad weather, wrong address or late or lost.
Our priority is quality service, delivered on time.

Shipping with DHL express, even though very expensive, from UK to Cyprus in 2 days, says everything. Pistons are of a very good quality. Customer service always great and whenever I contact TE with questions or technical advice I always get a reply within 1-2 days.

I have used this company a few times in the past. I know that the parts I buy from them are of the best possible quality and that Turners themselves use the same parts in their engine rebuilds. I couldn’t get the website to work so I phoned them direct. I found the lady I spoke to very polite, very knowledgeable ( I think she has rebuilt a few engines herself in the past) and in particular very patient. I will be rebuilding a couple of Rover V8 engines soon and Turners will be supplying th parts.
