AMAZING SERVICE
The original item turned up very quickly but was not 100%, there was a slight problem. I contacted Customer Service and quicker that a flash a new item was sent out and a pre-paid enveloped supplied for the damaged item.
Rare to fine such good old fashioned service like this anymore, so they have won over a life time customer as far as I am concerned.

Very disappointing when you have paid so much for 3 flies and not even offered a few free flies to compensate.
Same flies can be purchased other places and at less cost.
