Thank you for your order. Our terms are quite transparent that orders must be received by 09:30 to be able to be processed that same day. You ordered in the afternoon of the 14th and your order was dispatched on the 15th and in fact you received it on the 16th so pretty good timing really. Thank you for your purchase.

Thank you for your purchase. Sorry to hear that it hasn't arrived. I notice that you asked for Royal Mail postage as a delivery service. It may have been prudent to have chosen a reliable courier service. Royal Mail have been on strike 2 days a week since October, through the black Friday and now the Christmas busy periods. We have been told that Royal Mail are prioritising their deliveries in order of First class before second and parcels before letters, and that post sent by the 16th December should arrive before Christmas so hopefully it will arrive soon.

It took longer than expected for my item to arrive, but this was due to the postal strikes. I did though think the postal rate was a bit much considering I'm in the south of England so not too far from the despatch warehouse.
