Pocket book useful; the arguments are well explained and clearly. The time for the arrival by post from UK to Italy has been very large, i don't know the reason. the pocket book is robust, well printed and also it is useful the little folder to insert it. The instruction are provided by photos of the menu.

The information booklet is a true copy of the expected manual, unfortunately because it is copied at A5 size rather than A4 it is very difficult to read even when wearing glasses. This makes the whole process of trying to learn how to use the camera very irritating and frustrating.

The shipping is disgusting. The time it takes from Britain to Canada usually is about 7 days. I ordered this book weeks ago and it still is not here. Not a happy chappie.

Please ask me for a review in, say, two weeks time. The book has not yet arrived - probably "somewhere" in South Africa! Our local service is EXTREMELY poor.
(I checked yesterday - your tracking system tells me the book was dispatched on 6th February - two weeks ago, today).

The book arrived promptly but print was so small that I could hardly read it. Even with a magnifying
glass it was difficult. I called the office asking why they did not use a larger font. Canon would not
allow them was the answer. I was then told that I could have the book with a larger font but
out would be twice as big as the one they sent. This was not acceptable to me because I want
the manual to fit in my handbag.

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately, we are unable to change the font size from the original Canon file without making the manual larger.

I am very pleased with the service received. Three areas in which I might suggest an improvement:
1. Given that the 562 page manual is split over two spiral bound books, it would be desirable to have included an index at the end of both volumes.
2. The width of pages is not consistent, with some being a couple of mm wider than others.
3. There was a significant amount of paper debris within the books and it would have been nice if this had been removed before dispatch.
Nevertheless very plea.

I think for the size and amount of content this item is too expensive. The postage charge for such a small item also seems out of proportion. Alongside a full on guide book from somewhere like amazon or other online book store and it just doesn't compare and yet is a similar price - and some are p&p free.

Ordering was easy kept well informed about the delivery status throughout the short time that it took between ordering and delivery. Just 48 hours. Well packed not excessive. Products as requested and excellent value for money.
