Everything about the process of ordering from J&S is easy and fun. I don't mind waiting a few weeks for delivery to the US because receiving the package directly from Shetland is very exciting. I'm grateful that it is possible to purchase materials directly from the Wool Brokers.

My desires yarn balls arrived within 12 days, hurra!
There's only one wish I have: The colours should be named. the pictures are very small, and on the screen you often can't tell, if a ball of yarn is brown or black oder violett. Zoom or a good description would help enormously.

Only I have a small request not to include the order recipt paper on the outside of the package inside the clear plastic wrap. Maybe just send it per email.
