I ordered online. I eventually found the knitting pattern I wanted which was great. However, it’s not the easiest website to search for knitting patterns. I wanted a shawl pattern knitted in cobweb or lace weight yarn. The pattern information showed the yarn and needle requirements which was excellent as I also bought the knitting needles. The checking out process was fine and the items were delivered received promptly.
