It was straight forward. I saw what I wanted and 3 days later my chocolates arrived.

Hi...all well except that I got an email saying 20percent off carob eggs, but there was no way to get the discount at the checkout. so I emailed customer services. on elf your people called me back and said that it didn't apply to my order!!! I think that what I paid for what I ordered, including delivery was a lot!
My daughter cannot eat normal chocolate as it gives her a migraine..so it has to be carob for Easter.
Just a bit disappointed!

Another great experience with this shop! One of my items was slightly wrong, emailed customer service and they were apologetic and quick to send a replacement.

I have ordered from you several times now. The process is easy and delivery is prompt and well packed.

Owing to a family member having a nut allergy, it’s great to be able to be more relaxed about ordering without worrying about ingredients. The fondants and the chocolate dinosaurs are particular favourites. Delivery is always prompt.

These mixed carob bars are a family favourite & have my 100% approval for being sugar-free & dairy-free. Customer service also was first-rate when I complained that the bars had arrived in a badly-torn box. A complimentary box was immediately despatched to me and arrived next day. Thank you D & D!

The delivery was strange. we were told it couldn't be delivered ( though we were in) & rearranged for another time which worked in the end. D & D very proactive in phoning to tell us it needed to be re-delivered though.

If I could I would give customer service more than 5/5. They were so helpful with my no boxes request 🥰

My Wife loves the carob strawberry creams a bit pricey but carob is the only thing that she can have as she's allergic to cocoa. I've even recommend dandd chocolates to a neighbor as his granddaughter suffers from the same condition as my wife.

Chocolate is great but the tree decorations aren’t very good as the string keeps coming undone on the chocolate so they keep falling off the tree!
