I ordered the part and did not get within your promise of delivery service,I understand that it was a bank holiday period but no update from your customer service team,this is very poor.

Ordered sat morning came wed first class royal mail I no these normally come in packs of five so the initial price is good but 4 pound to put in an envelope and post is suspect so what was great price to start with by hiking delivery price might as well bought five and sold them myself this is why wouldn't use again as I am a plumber/heating eng.

First class service received within two days.

I can recommend Click on, fair prices fairly quick delivery.
There is one thing I thought should be changed and that is in their email to let me know my order had been received.The message in the email advises:
"As a reminder, you can view the progress of your order by clicking on the following link":
So I clicked on the link and it reads:
"Your order has been received and is being prepared for despatch".
This message is never updated, It is still there now.
But don't let this put you.

Potterton Prima 50F Thermostat Control Knob - item is way over priced for what it is (but same everywhere) but came fairly quickly and fitted the boiler.

Your service was brilliant, unfortunately Parcel-force let you down..! driver drove straight past the site then returned to depot, spent the best part of a hour on the phone to Parcel-force and was told it would be re-delivered on the Saturday, i thought it best to check in the morning it was on its way..only to be told it wouldn't be delivered until Monday, Which was no good, it needed to be installed on the Saturday as concrete was being pumped in at 7am Monday morning, appalling courier.

Shipping got well messed up. paid for next day. it arrived after 4 days.
