Customer service poor. Discrepancy in the paperwork accompanying the item needed to be addressed urgently as it involved money. Two attempts to contact the company were ignored, necessitating my visiting the bank, not particularly easy in the present climate and taking up a considerable time
Shipping non problem as was the packaging.

Very speedy delivery to the far end of the country. Unit went straight on to the backplate of our ancient Potterton controller and works like a dream. Top marks all round.

**Any fool can design a controller, but to design something that slots seamlessly on to the fittings for it's ancient predecessor is pure genius.**.

My order was cancelled by the supplier with no explanation and it took me 2 attempts to get them to explain why.
Luckily I had a spare immersion heater anyway or I would have been without hot water with no explanation why my order was cancelled.
So poor customer services .

Strikes me this is their business model & would not order from them again
Ignoring customers is not a good idea.
Am now instituting a Paypal chargeback, may only be £15 but there are principles.

Excellent site, first class original product so you knew it would fit, with prompt delivery.

I ordered and paid for this item to be shipped to Italy. After 9 days I contacted the company, who having sat on the money for 9 days, informed me that they would not ship to Italy, despite their website saying it does. We agreed to have it sent to my billing address in the U.K. That has now taken a further 5 days and there has been no refund for the postage charged for sending it to Italy. The product is good, the service was terrible!

Poor service, had email to say it’s been dispatched. Waited a week and after four calls I was told it was obsolete. Then it took two calls to get money returned.

I had heard nothing since placing my order so phoned on the 27 May to enquire .I was told they would look into it. No further explanation but received a full refund.
