The items were in stock however they took a week to be delivered and having paid additional for Royal Mail to deliver within 2 days I feel let down with the shipping. It also took more that 4 calls to establish a new delivery date. Customer services stated they would return the calls but we had to prompt them on each occasion.

The item is just as I wanted delivery very quick no problems great service.

I have marked the shipping at 4 stars as the original package went missing in transit. However, when I contacted ClickOnGroup to report this the response I received was second to none. A replacement was sent out immediately and arrived the next day.

Correct goods received in good condition.

Order was despatched very promptly and packaged well. Unfortunately I had ordered the incorrect item and needed to obtain a refund. Click on were brilliant, arranged collection by courier and refunded the balance of my money immediately on receipt of goods back.

Perhaps a bit pricey for what it is, and I really think this should be included with the boiler as standard, but it certainly improves the looks of the boiler no end. So, If we have to purchase separately, then I would recommend Clickonbathrooms, best price and prompt delivery.

I have not yet received the mixer tap as it has been delivered to the wrong place. I had a conversation with you about a week and a half ago and a redelivery was supposed to be made. As yet no delivery and no further communication!
