Haven't ordered for a few years, but I am happy I got these so quick as I used to do. The clothing is excellent as usual, perfect for myself who cant find my size locally. Alas was charged 86 euros import tax for it to Ireland here due to brexit, so this may be the last time I order from you. It is a pity, thank you for keeping me clothed over the last decade.

Many thanks for your excellent rating, we are very pleased that you are as happy as ever with our service and quality of goods.
I am rather surprised to hear how much you have been charged for import duty on your order.
Total goods value at UK price was appros £196.95, your order value was net of vat at £164.13 - (Vat £32.82)
I believe the current VAT rate in Ireland is very similar to ours, so the amount you have be charged is more than double the expected figure
I think it may be well worth your while to challenge this billing and ask for a breakdown to confirm how they have arrived at this total.
We are very sorry about all these extra charges caused by Brexit, not just the import duties charged but also the excessive delivery costs now applied.

Prompt delivery and service marred by sending the wrong size garment which was of poor quality.

We can only apologise for sending you the incorrect size of this garment.
However on receiving your return we note that the garment had ben incorrectly ticketed and poly packed by the factory, both with 3xl the size you requested.
You were refunded in full including all postage charge on the day we received the item back.
