Can't fault the ordering or delivery process, or the quality of construction. I've only marked the bag down slightly because it's not ventilated and looks like it might not be too easy to clean internally. The shape is also only suitable for low height medium size boots - if you have large feet or need taller boots you probably need to look elsewhere.
