Have been shopping at Tamarack for some years now the service is as it always has been second to none and I can see myself continuing to shop here for many years to come as there knowledge of their industry is just excellent. I’m glad I don’t live close enough to be able to pop in to their shop on a regular basis or I know I would have way more kit than I already do.

This was my first time using Tamarack and it was a good one, everything went well despite a mail strike being on at the time, everything I ordered arrived well packed and in good order.
I had ordered a sleeping mat which was too large for me and I returned this and was refunded immediately.

Generally good, but communication with customer needs to improve. I had no notifications other than that the order was received. I messaged the company on Facebook and never had a response from them. Order just showed up with Royal Mail, no tracking or estimated delivery.

Thanks for the feedback Scott, sorry you had this experience. We do send an automated confirmation that the order is on the way to the shipping department . With regards to the facebook this was on automated response so we did not see the message, we have changed this now . Again sorry you had the issue

Superb service from the guys at Tamarack, competitive pricing, prompt shipping and fast helpful customer service. What I really like about Tamarack is that they are practitioners, not just people who work in an outdoor adventure shop. So they know the gear, know how to use it and how to help with advice - that's worth it's weight in gold in my opinion.
