From what I can see in order tracking my order hasn’t been despatched yet. I ordered it 17/12 and paid for express delivery so at this point I’m not particularly happy. I sent an email a few hours ago asking for advise on status but no reply as yet. Please advise.

As already reported label on parcel applied upside down to bottles. As a consequence package delivered upside down. Bottles not leak free as a result a fair quantity leaked leaked into packaging not only wasteful to me but I would have thought flammable.

Order cancelled as the price stated on their website was apparently incorrect & they refused to honour this and to add insult to injury insinuated that it was something I had done!!! They lost a £77.50 order over £10. The person I spoke to should never be working with the public as his attitude was appalling. I have spent a lot of money with this company but never again.

Don’t believe this is a genuine oil, very watery, no sealed bottle. Weak diluted fragrance.

Ideally I would like more feedback to when the item will arrive
the order was placed on 13th December, on the order tracking it still states processing, however so do all the other delivered orders
more communication would help.
