Nine days later and no shipping information! No emailsnothing. Not very impressed!! Finally got product but the shipper sent no tracking information ever sent.

Great service at a good price with delivery very quick.

This is a very good company and we have never had any problem with pet connection as e are always looking online incase we need anything.

Products and service excellent as usual. But please sort out this password
debacle. If a stranger comes upon don't require him to have a password to get into
your website even though they might be on their first visit. People are sick to the
back teeth by having having websites looking for passwords to gain access.
You must surely be losing business by using this requirement.
I spent 10 mins trying to gain access last time was in point of looking elsewhere.

I ordered Brambles hedgehog food from PETCONNECTION. The price for the product was great and the item was sent speedily, well wrapped and at an excellent price. I had to contact the team with some questions about hedgehog food and I was very impressed with the standard of customer care provided. The team were some of the most helpful and kind people that I had met in a very long time. Nothing was too much trouble! I cannot recommend this company from my experience highly enough.

My issue has been resolved to my total satisfaction. Customer service was amazing, truly impressive. This was my first purchase with Pet Connection & I am sure it will not be my last.
