Item ordered was never received and was refunded when I asked for the items instead :( would be reluctant to order again because of this experience.

We're really sorry that you weren't able to receive the products you ordered from us. Having looked at your order, the items you were looking for were Christmas products, which are unfortunately only available to pre-order and we cannot restock lines until next Christmas. It seems as though we had a delay in our stock levels updating which left you able to purchase a toy that we had already run out of, so our team offered you a refund as we were unable to fulfil your order.

Overall order was good, and pleased with the products I did receive, though was very disappointed about not receiving the Rosewood Natural Edible Christmas Puzzle Tree, and if there was none in stock, I would've appreciated an email letting me know they will replace it with the edible bauble thing instead. Shipping was reasonably fast to get to New Zealand so pleased about that.

I've been using petconnection for almost a year and find them very good. The delivery cost is a little to high but product cost is very good.

I have ordered a good amount of food form the store and also visited a store in Newry. The food is fantastic. it fits my dogs needs and they love it. great value and fantastic service.

Pleased to be able to purchase dog food for a small charity supporting homeless people and their dogs.
When I rang the company up they sent me a pdf of a certificate to say I had purchased the food - I was able to send this to the person who I was buying the donation for as a christmas present.

My puppy was getting sick and had very little energy. A friend suggested I try her on Grain Free food from Pet Connection. I got this delivered and fed it to the puppy. After a day, it was like a different dog. She was full of energy and jumping around. Her form was much better as well. The difference was very evident. I would definitely recommend Grain Free dog food.

The folks at Pet Connection help me support the Dogs On The Street charity, quickly, easily and simply. If I see a tweet from DOTS asking for additional supplies as they are out/running low I can order them in 2 minutes, Pet Connection take care of delivering direct to the charity.
Pets Connection are therefore part of a life saving team (human and animal) and I love them to pieces.
