Ordered 25 March - as of 19 April no delivery. Presumably another part of the Covid Curse.

Monday 20 April. Ouch! The Scoops arrived in this morning's post, proving that Murphy's Law has a nasty, twisted, sense of humour - since I submitted a less-than-glowing review on Saturday/Sunday (the days are merging!).

5 excellent service. Everything arrived that had been ordered.
I was notified when they would be delivering the order. A very professional service. I will definitely be putting in more orders.

I didn't use shipping but once clicked, it won't unclick...
The product I purchased are top quality and certainly value for money. The staff were courteous and helpful at all times. I will be back... 😊

The collection process was very easy - arrive, park, phone and they bring the order out straight away and put it in the car - very handy for social distancing.

We ordered toy&small Breed smaller kibble chicken & rice
But we got sent toy&small Breed adult & senior which we have had before and the biscuits are different.

Excellent service, in what is a difficult time. I struggled to find Chappie anywhere, either locally or online, except at awfully inflated prices. Pet Connection IE saved the day with stock at regular prices, low delivery charge and exceptionally quick delivery time. Thank you from me & Ace the husky! I'll be back to order from you again!
