Absolutely Atrocious communication and customer service, took ages to send out, tried sending part of my order to one of their charities WITHOUT my consent Claiming I'd bought one of their charity items. Half of my order was missing. Won't ever shop with this awful company again. Shame there isn't an option for Zero stars. Absolutely Disgusting!! They list charity items with normal items so you end up paying for that item and its sent to their charity.

Customer service in pet connection is second to none. Always keep you updated if they have any challenges with your order and offer alternatives. I had asked for black but beige came in first and in all honesty that colour worked better for me. A store full of caring and knowledgeable people - very rare to find. Well done guys, you should be proud of yourselves.

I normally buy my feed from them when I pass through Newry. Always enjoy the friendly and efficient staff in the Newry store. Well packed and quick delivery. Because of the pandemic, I chose delivery to Dublin. Worked out a treat!

Delighted to be able to shop online for puppy food as hard to get in local shops and can’t travel beyond 5km. Great selection and good that it’s an Irish company.

I ordered in Ireland so that delivery would be timely but the order still hasn’t arrived!!

Whilst I had no complaints with the actual items the box they arrived in was not robst enough to to contain the items, the six packs had broken free of the box and were scattered on my door step.
