Excellent service. I ordered the primal source camel scalp, chicken feet and a deer leg, and my dog loved them all. The camel scalp and deer leg are a great way to alleviate boredom and are definitely suited to a medium to large size dog breed. My dog loves the chicken feet and ate every last one! Collection was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend.

Original order failed to arrive. I contacted pet connection on online chat and spoke to Chris who was extremely helpful. I was desperate for the replacement teats as I am using a bottle to keep my adult, brain damaged cat hydrated and he tends to bite holes in the teats! A replacement order arrived within two days.

I am a regular, online customer of Pet Connection and cannot fault them. Excellent customer service and great value for money. A slight problem with the latest delivery, but that is no fault of Pet Connection. I called Customer Service and my issue was resolved promptly and a new delivery received in England within a few days. 5 star service. Thank you.

Ordered on Sunday. Petconnection delivered to DPD first thing Monday morning and informed me.
Eventually delivered on Thursday ! I can order an item from someone like Amazon at 16-00 hrs and receive it the fo[lowing morning shipped from the UK.. Maybe some study is required on your use of DPD ?
