I was disappointed when I received the order. Website says you can choose colour of bottles - asked for yellow and blue - but sent purple and green. I colour code my hutches in case of any infections so I know I am quite specific.

Despite the above happening Petconnections have been very helpful in accepting my returns for a refund for which I am grateful and the other items on my order were absolutely fine and a good price.

Always buy fish4dogs products from this site and usually everything is A* however on a couple of recent orders there have been issues. Most recent order 2 wet trout mousse were very close dated. Would not normally purchase anything close dated and was glad I only ordered 2 singles.

Previous order for wet food tins - every single tin had a dent in it. Would not purchases dented tins ever even if reduced.

Will continue to order as its the only place I can find that stocks Fish4dogs products.
