I had an email from the company to inform me information relating to the item I had ordered was out of date and no longer in stock. I was offered an alternative or a refund, I chose the latter; apologies were offered and accepted and the refund processed the same day. Whilst unable to comment of the quality of their goods or delivery, I would recommend this company for their excellent customer service and would not hesitate to shop with them again.

Ordered on 2nd December and to date (16th) still waiting for delivery.

The seller gets in touch and resolves issues. Delivery on time.

I can only give 3 stars for shipping as Royal Mail was used during strike activity. As the delivery took so long it was thought that it had been lost in transit and Pet Connection arranged a credit, following which the order turned up, so a further payment was made. Pet Connection's customer service and friendly communication was excellent because, although the delay was not their fault, they swiftly and without argument addressed the problem.
