Very quick delivery.

Order took 11 days to arrive, in fact after 7 days I emailed the sales website address to ask if it was in stock and actually being sent. I didn't get a reply.
Shame that the service, delivery and communication has let down a really top quality grill product.
If you are prepared to wait the Grill Rack is excellent.

I cannot give feedback as order has not arrived. Phones are not answered and email not responded to. Have left messages via Facebook and Twitter with no response. Extremely disappointed and customer service absent. I have put one star as it was the only way this could be submitted. If out of stock just let me know. If you have gone bankrupt please communicate!

Fantastic customer service, quick delivery - really pleased with BBQ.

Never used planet barbecue before but very happy with my experience. Really simple to order and quick delivery (although it came so quickly that confirmation arrived on day of delivery...luckily I was in!). Fairly weighty so might be wise to do some press ups and squats before taking delivery!

Not received yet still waiting a bit worrying you asking for a review have you delivered it somewhere else!!

Great service. Used the ‘in stock alert’ button and didn’t have to wait long for my item to come in, where the service team arranged to get the BBQ to me by quickest means.

Phoned for advice and was very impressed with customer service. Very informative and knowledgeable about products assisting us to select the correct product for our needs. Order placed and delivery as requested. Very impressed with courier and delivery driver who was extremely helpful. Would thoroughly recommend Planet Barbecue.

Went together very well as per instructions and looks good quality and well designed. Now awaiting some decent weather to use it and see how well it cooks.

I can't fault the bbq of the shipping but the customer service afterwards is terrible. I have sent emails and left voicemails (they don't answer the phone) requesting a VAT receipt and they don't bother to reply. The bbq was £900 and I can't claim the VAT back because they haven't sent me a VAT receipt so it's effectively cost me an extra £180. Even an acknowledgment would be appreciated.

Excellent advice on the phone, promt delivery and cheaper than going direct to the manufacturer's website. Also threw in some top quality accessories free. Can't recommend thsin company enough.

Very impressed arrived earlier than expected, packed well to avoid damage. Good value for money. Very substantial. Highly recommend. Free delivery too for avery heavy large item.
