I love Grand Illusions, and I am usually very satisfied with the quality of the products, the packaging, etc. However, this package has not arrived yet, so I cannot yet give a full review.

The item was great. For some reason, DHL had a mysterious problem delivering it. Grand Illusions immediately contacted me. DHL delivered it the next day, so the only real issue was a one-day delivery delay. (It remains a mystery why DHL had a problem--the address was correct, and it is a very ordinary address in a very ordinary US town).

Nice but way too expensive.

Quality product, arrived super fast.

I'm extremely happy with the two items I ordered. They are very well made. I'm also very impressed at how quickly they got here, considering they were going from the UK to the States.

One suggestion. It would be very nice if you could sell more of the items that you show in your videos in your store. Your videos are very good, and much of the stuff you show makes my mouth water. But there is only a limited amount of that stuff in your store.
