Thank you for your understanding. We are very upset with the new rules, which are a disaster for small businesses here in the UK. I believe it is also a problem for small businesses in the EU wishing to send items to the UK. I believe the phrase in English is 'omnishambles'.

Parcel arrived later than expected, but I assume that is due to the pandemic. The box is well made, but my son opening it within fifteen minutes, if you have a puzzle fiend at home like me, this isn’t hard enough.

I loved the merchandise and the customer service.
The only disapointment was that the spinning top Koma was broken inside its box. I guesse that is a fragile item and did not survive the shipping. I will try to glue it my I don't think it will work because of the tension during spinning. It is not a good choice, it is probably to fragile for shipping.

These are fun, but I think rather pricey for what is essentially quite small, plastic spinning top.

Fair point. If they were made in China, they would doubtless be much cheaper. But the Sp!n Top comes from Japan, and is probably a similar price to what it would be if it was made here in the UK.
To be completely honest, we prefer not to buy items made in China. However we do know that items made in limited quantities by smaller companies and artisan makers in Europe, the UK, Japan or the USA, will always tend to be more expensive.

We shipped your order on January 13th 2021. You would have received an e-mail the same day with the tracking number, which is RS466345285GB.
The Royal Mail web site says that the package left the UK on January 14th.
It is not showing up on the Canada Post web site yet, almost certainly because it is still in Canadian customs.
Once out of customs, you should be able to track it, although the postal service in Canada is not the fastest either.
