After receiving excellent advise on the phone I was able to place an order immediately and the sofa arrived within a couple of days!
Customer advise and delivery were very professional and friendly and my sofa bed has already been used.

I mistakenly ordered a single futon when I actually meant to order a double one. The guys at S&S took it totally in their stride. Worked it so that a double got delivered and the single taken away.

Great thick comfy double, by the way!

Good service and useful additional item when offered through Sit and Sleep. Their attention to detail and willingness to offer the headrests, mattress topper and very importantly for us range of colours available from Innovation meant that Sit and Sleep won the business of. product first seen and sat on at John Lewis but without the extras above.

Absolutely love the Futon, as do the Grandchildren!! They made in 4 days after placing order (via phone call) so that I could collect in time for the family staying!! Perfect customer service, couldn't have been more helpful!! Thank you!!

Very pleased with futon and delivery. A small problem bolting the wooden base together - two holes didn't line up properly and needed quite a bit of force to align them.

Used and feedback is that it was very comfortable, with enough room for two. As a sofa it is also very comfy.

Simple website to navigate. The item I wanted was available and it was delivered in good order exactly when they said it would be. What more can you ask!

It seems a bit unfair that my overall rating for Sit and Sleep is lowered by the performance rating I have allocated to a delivery company that operate outside of their control. If I was just rating Sit and Sleep I'd give them 100% satisfaction on all scores. An excellent company, an excellent futon mattress: we are now awaiting another as we have been so impressed. Theres nothing you can do about delivery companies, but I'd highly recommend Sit and Sleep, in all respects.

Came back to sitandsleep for this product as we had bought a futon from them before, which has been brilliant.
We are really pleased with the zipit roll up mattress, it does the job perfectly.

Helpful responding to my questions about getting it up the stairs to the attic.

Very friendly and helpful customer service. Delivery was on time an arrived in perfect condition. The only very, very minor thing is that the Sellotape used to strap parts together left a very sticky residue on the wood which took a long time to remove, maybe an alternative could be used.

The futon mattresses are excellent. As I'm writing this review two of my friends are sound asleep on them.

The customer service was knowledgeable and efficient.

The only problem was delivery and that was down to a shortage of drivers, so I picked them up. They even organised an early slot for me to so.

Seller is brilliant and so helpful- there was a glitch with delivery but they were great with sorting it out. The sofa itself is great- amazing quality and looks even better than the photo. Very happy- thanks for great customer service.

I can highly recommend headrest. I'm 5ft 10 and find sofa much more comfortable in supporting my back. Otherwise, I find the back of the sofa a little low for sitting extended periods of time. Personally, I believe the cost to be too much - particularly including seperate delivery price. It was just under £200 in total, which is difficult to justify. If they cost less, I likely would have ordered two. Headrest is easy to put in place/ remove. Very simple and effective design and good quality.
