Absolutely fantastic service from Sit and Sleep when I was trying to track down a set of arms for my sofa bed - very helpful and super quick responses - wouldn't hesitate to shop here again and would recommend 100%.

The whole experience of purchase,delivery ,quality of the product and customer service was excellent save for a single aspect. That was the refusal of the delivery person to help carry the three parcels upstairs. This would have taken no more than 5 minutes. but was too heavy for myself alone.
It was clear that this was not included save for a declaration by myself that this would have been entirely at my own risk. I would have given that undertaking and asked the driver but was refused.

Thank you for your review - we are happy to read that you are so pleased with the product and your dealings with us. Regarding the delivery - delivery is a tricky thing ...sounds simple but many things have to be taken into account. When placing your order online you selected GROUND floor delivery and that is a 1-person delivery to just inside the front door of a property. There was an UPPER floor delivery option at the time of purchasing but you did not select it. We have to respect the restrictions that each delivery company has which are in place to safeguard the customer/the property/the delivery person from injury/damage - they really aren't trying to be difficult. Sounds extreme but if a customer was to seriously injure themselves (slipping on the stairs, for example, whilst carrying items WITH the assistance of the driver), things could get very complicated indeed. We hope this didn't mar the experience too much for you.

I wanted a S&S futon, because I wanted a GOOD sofa AND a GOOD bed (and most clic-clak sofa beds are 30cm narrower than a double bed!).
S&S customer service was excellent; they told me loads about how futon mattress technology has advanced in the last 20 years - and helped me to choose the right S&S futon for my needs.
I am very happy to report that it is a good, double-sized, proper bed - and also, a very comfortable, proper-sized sofa. I thoroughly recommend the company and the product.

I HAVE NO PROBLEM WITH THE MERCHANDISE OR CUSTOMER SERVICES AT ALL. THE ONLY THING THAT NEEDS TO BE MENTIONED IS THAT THE DELIVERY DRIVER WAS NO HELP AND NOT VERY PLEASANT. HE DROPPED THE DELIVERY JUST INSIDE THE FRONT DOOR AND TOLD MY WIFE THAT IS ALL HE WOULD DO AS THE DELIVERY HAD ONE MAN ON THE NOTE. WE WERE NEVER OFFERED ANYTHING OTHER THAN THAT.
VERY HAPPY WITH THE FUTON.

Thank you for the beautiful sofabed and I love it. It is a high quality piece of furntiure. I love the yellow colour. The customer service is excellent and they responded everytime when I say something.
The shipping was unfortunte late but it was not the company fault. I think it was shipped from Denmark and cause delay at the border. I assumed it is the brexit problem.
Would I recommended to their service? Big yes! Great service and superb communication. No about about that.

I found the customer service to be absolutely marvellous. I was in the Cambridge area and wanted my item in time to be able to take it away with me if it could be arranged. The team made special efforts to fulfil my order and I was able to arrange to collect my item in person. This saved me a fair chunk of money for delivery, too, which was a bonus. The staff loaded it into the car for me quickly and efficiently. The staff on the telephone were friendly and had a brilliant “can do” attitude.

Great service from Sit and Sleep, lovely to call and talk to someone who is knowledgeable about their products and very helpful. Sofa bed arrived within a week of ordering , very nice team who delivered and sofs bed is really good quality, sturdy and well made, yet to be slept on but feels good to sit on.

Good follow up on initial questions about product and order was easy to process online. Delivery firm were courteous and helpful.
Cubed sofa is of good quality and has advantage of being 160cm wide bed not standard double.

Great service from Sit and Sleep both online and via the phone. Delivery company service shambolic.
Changed delivery day with very little notice from Friday to Saturday then the delivery guys turned up at 21.00hrs on the Friday evening.and had the wrong house number. Not the guys fault but the managers of the delivery company.
